You can cook a turkey up to 18 lbs. in only 3 and a half minutes per pound of turkey (56 minutes for a 16 lbs. turkey) with this heavy gauge aluminum pot. With the push of a button, Sure Spark electronic ignition helps you light it without matches and lighters. Smart temp technology monitors oil temperature while preventing overheating without having to reset a timer every 15 minutes. Patent pending twist and drain technology gives you easy hands-free draining. The kit comes with a heavy-duty, welded, fryer stand with a powerful 54,000 BTU burner. A fry basket with a lifting hook, a 30-qt. aluminum pot, a lid with lid assist and a 12-in. oil thermometer add convenience.
