Upgrade your gear with responsive, hands-free lighting-using the Coast RL10 headlamp, engineered with Variable Light Control technology that allows you to adjust light intensity up or down. A dial on top of the light body puts control at your fingertips, peaking at 560 Lumens. For versatility, this compact headlamp offers 2-beam colors: The chip on board (C. O. B. ) LED array provides a white all-purpose utility beam perfect for packing before dawn or nights around the campfire. And an anti-glare red LED adds a second beam to prevent night blindness. A rear-facing safety signal integrated on the battery housing-located on the back of the non-slip, silicone-lined head strap-shines in solid red or flashing red with its own on/off switch so that friends, traffic, and others can spot you easily in the dark. The headlamp can be powered by 3 AAA alkaline batteries (included) or be upgraded to operate on a COAST ZITHION-X rechargeable battery (sold separately).
