The RE70BN is a direct replacement for 70 CFM fans (select models). It also delivers up to 40% more power for 50 CFM fans (select models), keeping your air fresh. The RE70BN is an easy, quick answer to a bathroom exhaust fan that is no longer working properly, is noisy or simply needs an upgrade. Included are a motor, blower wheel, (2) motor mounting plates and hardware. This kit contains Genuine Broan-NuTone replacement parts, guaranteed to fit. All parts are designed, tested and certified to ensure your product runs at peak performance.
