About This Product
Capture excess stormwater with a drainage solution that covers more surface area than just the pipe diameter alone using the flared-out design of the 9 in. Square Low-Profile Adapter Kit. Includes the low-profile adapter, green grate, and outlet adapter to drain heavy flows from lawns, landscaped areas, under downspouts, patios, and walkways. The 9 in. Square Low-Profile Adapter, made of polystyrene, connects to 3 in. & 4 in. single-wall corrugated, sewer and drain pipe, triple-wall-pipe, and 4 in. Sch. 40 and triple-wall pipes with the included outlet adapter (#1243). The kit also includes a 9 in. square polyethylene drain grate to block debris and leaves from entering and clogging the pipeline. Grate has an open surface area of 39. 5 sq. in. and 121 GPM flow capacity. As part of a complete drainage system, the adapter collects and directs water to drain pipe, which carry it to a discharge point downstream such as a pop-up emitter, or to percolate into the ground with a dry well or infiltration trench.
