The shop vac filter bag fits most 12 – 16 gallon RIDGID wet dry vacs and helps clean up small, dry debris such as drywall dust. The addition of the dust bag allows for a no-mess drum while cleaning. Simply remove the dust collection bag from the shop vacuum and toss for a quick cleanup – no drum lifting needed. These high-efficiency filter bags can help wet dry vacuum performance and provide a cleaner operation because it minimizes debris clogs in the filter to increase the shop vac filter life. When you pair dust bags with a RIDGID wet dry vac filter (sold separately), you can help optimize your shop vacuum performance for an efficient project cleanup experience. Also, a range of value pack sizes (6-count, 12-count, 24-count and 36-count) are available to accommodate a variety of project needs. Installation and removal is simple – align collar of dust bag with inlet, press collar against the shop vacuum drum and remove by popping the collar out from the inlet.

- Pair your dust bag with a shop vac filter for dry pickup and to help optimize vacuum performance – Use the RIDGID VF4000 general debris filter (sold separately) for general dust and dirt, the VF5000 fine dust filter (sold separately) for fine powders and mold, the VF6000 HEPA material filter (sold separately) for drywall dust, and the VF8000 HEPA filter (sold separately) that is 99.97% efficient at filtering dry particles 0.3 micron or larger
- For wet pickup, remove the dust collection bag from the vac drum and use the wet application filter (VF7000; sold separately) for waterborne debris
